MX2M8 pluggable board used in CTX6600 chassis is OTN 10G multi-rate/multi-protocol MX2M8 card supports a flexible mix of multi-rate interface protocols and aggregates them into one or two 10G OTU2 uplink ports. it supports various client services including the following protocols: STM1/4/16, OC3/12/48, GE, allowing easy migration from current to future service requirements (protocols and rates) without replacing the unit.

MX2M8 muxponder card based on high-speed OTN framer chip and tunable optical technologies with high-capacity transmission capabilities and optical performance, which can work with MCX10 muxponder board.
